Shipping Costs

We strive to provide efficient and cost-effective shipping options for all our customers. Shipping costs are determined based on the total weight of your order as follows:

• Up to 2kg: £3.50
• 2kg to 5kg: £5.00
• 5kg to 10kg: £7.50
• Over 10kg: £10.00

Please note that the final weight is calculated based on the combined weight of all products in your order.

Courier Services

We partner with reputable shipping providers to ensure your package is delivered safely and promptly. Depending on operational availability and requirements, your order may be dispatched with either Royal Mail, EVRI or APC. The selection of the courier is at the discretion of our operations team, who will choose the most efficient option based on your shipment’s weight and destination.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Processing Time: All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 5 business days. This processing time is essential for us to manage inventory, perform quality checks, and prepare your order for shipment.
